We, low-dimensional materials and devices (LDMD) lab, aim to integrate controllable large-scale synthesis, device fabrication, and theoretical simulations to accelerate the discovery/design of new nano-materials, to explore full potential adopting intriguing properties of LD materials. Through our efforts and close collaboration with both industries and government, we will push forwards the realization of these LD materials in emerging industries.
